Play, Explore, Creativity and Independence
It's natural for us to want to give a child a healthy start academically. Very often, the way we think a child must do that is by emulating what we assume goes on in a regular school. Sit at a desk, fill out a worksheet, practice a new concept. However, this may end with kids who have even less interest in learning than when they started. Early Childhood education research has shown that kids don't respond to hours of structured learning, which they see as tedious work. They learn differently from adults.PLAY

Play is a child's work, and it teaches them. We have many learning goals for a child. We want to see them grow in academics, improve social skills, enhance emotional quotient, and foster physical growth. Play not only helps physical development but focuses on sensory exploration and enhances vital motor skills. Play promotes mental development and new ways of thinking and while being fun and engaging to a child.

Exploring is an essential part of learning. All of us learn by exploring whether a new technology, a new language or a new skill. Children spend most of their time exploring the world around them. Exploring the world around is active learning. Children learn through their natural curiosity and inquiry.
We train teachers to think beyond the learning material of a curriculum and make an effort to design engaging activities using shapes, colors, textures, and explore the natural world. Each exercise encourages a child to ask questions like why and how? We train teachers to appreciate that they are there to trigger natural curiosity and be with them while children find answers.

Children need plenty of opportunities for creative work and creative thinking. Our Training and extensive exposure to many child-friendly activities will let you select from among those. Making those choices based on a child's interests and ideas is a critical part of personalizing a learning experience. The emphasis is always on the process of creativity and not on the finished product.
Children learn and discover themselves when we encourage them to enjoy the process. Creativity is not restricted to art but extends to dramatic Play, dance, expressions, and in use of language.
We train teachers to ask open-ended questions, encourage active interaction because a child develops an image of himself through these. Creativity is so delicate a flower that praise tends to make it bloom. As a child grows, he or she must learn to be independent. To teach a child to take care of themselves, to make them independent, is a significant part of parenting or teaching. The earlier this process of education starts, the more successful one will be.
We believe in letting a child make decisions. Our Training empowers teachers to stay in the background and guide children through the decision-making process. Making sure a child learns about the consequences of a choice. A Child-friendly environment provides a safe space for a child to make decisions.
The choice to sit in a class to learn or play & explore, gives a child practice in making decisions. The ability to make choices will help a child gain confidence. Whatever the choice a child makes our pedagogy helps them learn
